It’s about, you know, what’s going on in our mind. What I learned from BrenĂ© Brown, something that helped me and helped my family, is that if you’re stressed out, if you’re upset, if you’re sad, whatever it is, you have every right to lean into those feelings. It’s okay for you to be upset.
